Dasin carries out general manager responsibility system under the lead of board of directors. The company consists of eights departments: board office, comprehensive management department, financial department, technology center, purchasing department, quality management department, production department and marketing division. The overseas R&D center under the technology center takes charge of the R&D of high end products.
