Dasin Heavy Machinery Co.,Ltd. was located in Yantai, a beautiful coastal city. The company is in the Dasin Industrial Park in the Fushan Hi-tech Development Zone, which covers an area of 667,000 m² and proceeds various business such as scientific research, manufacture, marketing, service, training and college. The manufacture plant of Dasin covers an area of 67,000 m², with the building area of 35000 m².

■Business Introduction
◆ Excavator Business
The excavator business of our company is one of the earliest businesses in the construction machinery. The product line will include full series of compact tracked and wheeled hydraulic excavator products with a tonnage range of 1t、1.5t、1.8t、3t、3.5t、4.5 t、6t、8.5t、13t and 15t. At present, the company has a product line of tracked hydraulic excavators with a tonnage of 1.5t,1.8t, 3.5t, 6t and 9t. We will finish the development work of full series of hydraulic excavators of less than 15 tons per year till the end of 2008.

Since its birth, DASIN has established a guideline of “consolidating world resources, owning proprietary intellectual property rights and mastering core technique” and a strategy of “stand in China, face the world”. Through the advanced and mature product technology platform imported from America, Germany, Japan and Korea, the company further innovates and develops its products to meet the customers, and makes its hydraulic excavator a first-class brand through the product manufacturing technology platform of high level. “Aibao” hydraulic excavator features at high competence, high reliability and high ratio of performance-price, which is popular among customers. It soon exceeds its competitors after its launch and has a leading position in domestic market.

◆ Product Introduction
All the parts of Dasin excavators (engines, hydraulic elements, electric appliance elements and control units etc.) are imported from America, Germany, Japan and Korea etc. The excavator has beautiful shape, good performance, convenient maintenance and high reliability. For example, ergonomic, luxury, sealed and less noise cab, suspension, three-dimension and shock absorption seat plus movable control device, all of which ensure the features of good seal, low noise, wide vision and comfortable operation. The whole machine adopts three-pump hydraulic system attached with advanced control system, which works independently and jointly and allows more reasonable flow distribution. Undercarriage system and working equipment can work at the same time without mutual disturbance but more efficiency and better safety. The large and efficient torque of whole machine swing system takes less time in swing the machine within the angle of 90 degrees. The Global Positioning System (GPS) can supervise the machine all day long, and give maintenance hint at any time to ensure the lowest breakdown rate. There are lots of optional working attachments to satisfy various needs of work. Dasin excavators are designed and manufactured totally according to the security performance of the CE standard, some of which have passed the security attestation of Europe CE.

◆ Piling Machinery Business
As for the Piling Machinery Business, the product line will include rotary drills of 110,150, 220, 250, and 300kN.m and long spiral drills of 32 and 48kN.m. Now the company is developing the rotary drills of 110 and 220kN.m. The product line will include full series of rotary drills of less than 300KN.m. and long spiral drills of 48 and 32kN.m. till 2009.
The piling machinery business of Dasin Heavy Machinery starts at a high position, and will have a competitive advantage of differentiation through its deep research on technique and its “all-arrangement” service after its boom in the market.

◆ Road Surfacing Machinery Business
The company will mainly develop compact road maintenance equipment. The first stage of the development of compact freeway road maintenance equipment will be finished before 2009.
